In my recent art project, I embarked on a creative endeavor that allowed me to express my personal interests and connections to various objects through a series of hand-drawn illustrations. Each artwork was carefully crafted using only two colors, lending a unique and captivating aesthetic to the pieces. The Independent truck piece reflects my enduring interest in skateboarding and the distinct type of trucks that always appealed to me. Skateboarding has been a defining part of my life, and this illustration allowed me to pay homage to this exhilarating subculture. My intention with these pieces was to keep them minimal, exuding a raw and hand-drawn appearance that captured the essence of each object while offering a glimpse into the significance they hold in my life.
